Garage Suite

This family wanted a special place for their parents to stay when visiting Charlotte from California. The achieve a flawless Garage/Mud Room/Accessory Dwelling Unit, Ally matched up the stucco and trim from the main structure and added a custom arched garage door. The second floor apartment has its own bathroom with a walk in shower and the kitchenette that features an open floor-plan and custom cabinets. The new Garage structure also contains a double car lift for storage of four cars. To make the youngest family members happy, Ally added a half court basketball court. We are currently working on our fourth renovation for this happy client.
